These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and win111 ("Platform", "we", or "win111"). For matches postponed more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full. Matches replayed at a different venue or time from what was advertised may also result in bet cancellations, subject to win111's policy for the sport in question.
